Cebu Teambuilding Services was established by Thadz Engaling in 2012. Through the years, facilitators from Cebu Teambuilding Services have facilitated and conducted several team building programs for different organizations.

August 2012
Facilitators from the Cebu Teambuilding Services met with Italian team building facilitator Vittorio Simonelli for an informal learning session and getting to know one hot afternoon in August 2012. Present were Cebu Teambuilding Services founder and managing consultant Thadz Engaling, Nathaniel John Arong, Nicolo Nasol, and Garry Garceso. The meeting took place at the Vanille Cafe & Patisserie at Ayala Center Cebu in Cebu City. Vittorio shared about how he does team building programs through music, particularly using drums which he refers to as drumstorming.

In May 2013, Thadz Engaling was ably assisted by then senior facilitator and FC Batch 21 training director Paolo Frangelyco Magallon in conducting the team building program for Trends and Technologies Inc. The TTI team building program was held at the Alta Cebu Village Garden Resort in Tugbungan, Pilipog, Cordova, Cebu. (Click here for more photos of this event)

Also in May 2013, Thadz along with then FC Batch 21 senior facilitators Leslie Manoriña and Mary Melbec Guardiana traveled to Panglao, Bohol to conduct the team building program of Lourel Development Corporation at Alona Kew Beach Resort on the famed Alona Beach. Thadz's role was limited to negotiating the project and was not directly involved in facilitating. (Click here for more photos of this event)

July 2013
With a "Go Barefoot" theme, the human development department of Qualfon in Cebu hired the services of facilitators from Cebu Teambuilding Services to facilitate their team building program at Maribago Bluewaters Resort, Maribago, Lapulapu City, Mactan Island, Cebu. To fulfill their requirement as a recognized student organization at the University of San Carlos, the Chemical Engineering Society (ChES) tabbed Cebu Teambuilding Services to conduct their team building and leadership training seminar at the Meritz Resort in Pagsabungan, Mandaue City, Cebu in 22 July 2013. December 2013
In early December 2013, Thadz was invited by Dakak Beach Resort and Park to a familiarization tour in Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte to explore the viability of Dakak Resort as a venue for team building in northwestern Mindanao. He joined several travel and tour operators from Cebu in that trip. The trip also included a tour of Aliguay island.
Thadz was accompanied by facilitators Jihan Carmel Aguanta, Kevin Johnrey Sosas, Clint Eduard Fuentes, Leslie Manorina, Tiffany Manabat, and Merie Joy Llenos in Negros Occidental in December 2013. The trip was made as the team from Cebu Teambuilding Services was invited to facilitate the Christmas party and team building program of Bacolod Mindanao Lumber and Plywood Corporation at the Mambukal Mountain Resort in Minoyan, Murcia, Negros Occidental. Kevin Sosas, then a senior facilitator and head facilitator of FC Batch 21, accompanied Thadz on a trip to San Remigio Beach Club in February 2014. April 2014
The Belcris Amazing@12 Race was a project conceptualized by DKML Consulting and implemented with help from 31 facilitators contracted through Cebu Teambuilding Services. The program or team building race was done in different locations in Mandaue City and Liloan. It was concluded at the Papa Kit's Marina and Fishing Lagoon in Liloan.

May 2014
On Labor Day, Cebu Teambuilding Services conducted a team building program for Autoliv Philippines at the Best Western Sandbar Resort in Alegria, Cordova, Cebu. Thadz was joined by Jihan Aguanta, Marc Julius Rizada, Joy Llenos, and then FC Batch 22 senior facilitator Marc Clint Maceda.

A thanksgiving meet was hosted by Cebu Teambuilding Services for the 21st Circle at Charlie Chicken in IT Park last June 2014. They were joined by then recently named head facilitator of the 22nd circle, Lenbi Laborte.

Cebu Teambuilding Services managing consultant Thadz Engaling conducted the team building seminar and leadership training workshop of the Ang Suga Student Publication of Cebu Normal University last July 2014 at the Singli Mountain Resort in San Fernando, Cebu.

Teradyne tapped Cebu Teambuilding Services to conduct their team building program at Lowaii Cebu Marine Beach Resort last September 2014. Thadz was joined by Kirk Castro, Kevin Sosas, and Nathaniel Arong in this program.

December 2014
Last December 2014, Cebu Teambuilding Services conducted the team building programs of the TB-Free Philippines stakeholders in Cebu and Bohol funded by the Philippine Business for Social Progress, and the team building program for AIM Global PSGW1 group.
Thadz, Nathaniel Arong, Kirk Castro, and Lenbi Laborte facilitated the program for TB-free Philippines stakeholders at Agua Villa, Panalipan, Catmon in 13 December 2014.

On 14 December 2014, Thadz led a team to facilitate the team building program of Alliance in Motion Global-PSGW1 group. The team of facilitators included Kirk Castro, Nathaniel Arong, Lenbi Laborte, Jeanen Pelare, Reba Palang, Flobby Comeros, Marc Peterson Ng, and Ava Gerundio.

January 2015
Thadz was invited to conduct a trainers' training for newly-hired facilitators at Project Lifelines in Valencia town near Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental in January 2015. He was able to explore some of Valencia while driving around an ATV courtesy of Tejero Highland Resort and Adventure Park, a sister resort of Project Lifelines.

April 2015
For the 2nd year in a row, Laguna Technopark Environmental Management Group Tripartite Monitoring Team contracted Cebu Teambuilding Services to arrange their summer outing. This time it will be in Bohol and Cebu. Thadz, Kirk, Clint, and Nino Riel Tolentino traveled to Bohol for the program. Part of the itinerary was a Bohol countryside tour, a visit to the Maribojoc organic demo farm, a visit to Alona Beach, and a tree planting activity.

Cebu Teambuilding Services also arranged the Cebu tours and team building programs for Quality Schools International Shenzen (China) middle and high school students last April 2015. Accompanying them to their whale shark interaction tour and island hopping and snorkeling trips were Jeanen Pelare of the 22nd Circle and Jewel Delgado of Jewel Clicks Blog who did the documentation, a best photo blog awardee. Facilitating the team building program were Thadz, Kirk, Nathaniel, Marc Julius Rizada, and Jeanen Pelare.

May 2015
Shortly after the 23rd Circle started their senior facilitatorship, Thadz joined Kirk Castro in helping the SF's as they prepared for the I am I concert of Facilitators' Circle founder Glenn Glarino.
The senior facilitators of the 23rd batch of the Facilitators Circle worked for the first time in a Cebu Teambuilding Services team building program when they assisted Thadz as he conducted the team building program of Titay's. This was done at the Genesis Valley Resort in Cabangahan, Consolacion, Cebu last May 30, 2015. (Click here for more photos of this event)

June 2015
In June 2015, Cebu Teambuilding Services conducted team building programs for Kumon Tacloban Center, Activation Machine, and International Life Case Management Services.

Circle 23 facilitators traveled with Thadz and Clint Fuentes to Bantayan Island to facilitate in the June 19 team building program of Activation Machine at Beach Placid along Talisay Beach, Santa Fe, Bantayan Island, Cebu. The team rented bikes as their mode of transportation in Bantayan Island and did some team bonding at the beach.
Thadz went straight to Danasan Eco Adventure Park in Danao City, Cebu after the Activation Machine team building program. He joined Honfred Maza to conduct the team building program of International Life Case Management System on June 20.

Honfred and Thadz had some rest and recreation after the program, enjoying some of the activities offered at Danasan. Thadz went through the ropes course, Honfred did some wakeboarding, and they both did the ATV ride.
