Memorable Monday: Ang Suga Team Building Workshop of 2014

While a bulk of the team building training programs facilitated by the Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network are for corporations, we occasionally handle training programs for student organizations. While not so lucrative in terms of fees paid, training program engagements for student organizations are integral part of the mission of Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network.

Cliche as it may sound, we believe in developing the youth's leadership capabilities and prepare them for their role as society's leaders of the future. One of the good things about conducting training programs for college-aged youth is that there is so much idealism in them.

The program focused on achievement motivation, effective and efficient communication within the organization, time management and prioritization, commitment, mutual respect, maintaining healthy relationships, strategic planning, and leadership. The training also touched on self-awareness and confidence to feel enough for the daunting tasks ahead. The general feeling among the 17 young attendees after the event was of happiness, motivation, commitment, and dedication.
