While each training program we conduct is memorable, there are a few that we cherish more than the others. For various reasons. Could be the activities that we did, or the relationships and strong bond we built with participants, or the impact that our program had on the group we handled.
Teradyne BSC Team Building 2014
One such memorable program was one done in September 13, 2014, a Saturday. The day started with gloomy skies and a strong sea breeze that threatened to interfere with our planned program. There was a reported weather disturbance at the time but the program has to push through as it has been calendared and postponed a few times.

What makes this program memorable is that the participants in the training program were able to assimilate with the metaphors and apply them towards real solutions to their concerns and issues in the workplace. One such example of these metaphors came from the punctured barrel activity. In the course of the debrief, participants had an epiphany of thought about "what holes to plug" in their organization. It was a beautiful discussion that started with a simple play-based activity and progressing into a real world discussion of an issue to be resolved.
