Cebu Teambuilding Services facilitated the team building workshop of International Life Case Management Services or
iLife CMS last 20 June 2015 at the
Danasan Eco Adventure Park in Danao City, Cebu, Philippines.
This is the first program that Cebu Teambuilding Services has conducted in the popular mountain resort.

Cebu Teambuilding Services managing consultant Thadz Engaling was the lead facilitator while Honfred Maza was the assisting facilitator. Both are alumni facilitators of the Facilitators' Circle. Thadz was an alumni of the 8th circle (2000-2001) while Honfred was the training director of the 22nd circle and has just recently completed his 1 year of senior facilitatorship in April 2015. This was Honfred's first involvement with a Cebu Teambuilding Services' program as an alumni facilitator.
The
iLife CMS team building program focused on team bonding, camaraderie-building, renewal of personal commitments to work, and strengthening positive work values among the participants. Getting to know activities commenced the program that progress into specific learning modules on teamwork, coordination, communication, leadership, and achievement motivation.
The day after, on 21 June 2015, the team extended their team bonding sessions as they went through the activities at the park such as the sky drop or giant swing, zipline, wakeboarding, drift kart, and all-terrain vehicle.
