The Facilitators' Circle proclaimed the 23rd batch of it's senior facilitators last April 20, 2015 at Guanzon Beach Resort, Langtad, Naga City, Cebu. Philippines, Cebu Teambuilding Services welcomes a new batch of facilitators that will complete their mandatory service term by April 2016. Cebu Teambuilding Services is founded and managed by Thaddeau Engaling II, himself an alumni facilitator of the FC batch 8.

CTFN welcomes the 23rd Circle

At the break of summer, Cebu Teambuilding Services was engaged by the Quality Schools International branch in Shenzen, China to arrange their Cebu trip that included a team building program for middle school and high school kids.

The first part of the trip brought the kids and their chaperons to the southeastern Cebu town of Oslob to experience the world-famous whale shark interaction in Barangay Tanawan. A brief visit to Tumalog Falls was also scheduled but was cancelled at the last minute due to concerns about riding motorcycles and recent reports of vandalism and improper waste disposal at the site. The party had lunch and did some swimming at the Norwegian-owned Lagunde Beach Resort and Restaurant after the whale shark interaction.

Quality Schools International Shenzen students in Oslob, Cebu, Philippines

Laguna Technopark Environmental Management Group (LTEMG) was satisfied with the service that Cebu Teambuilding Services have provided for them the last year. They again engaged the services of Cebu Teambuilding Services this year for their lakbay-aral and team bonding trip to Bohol and Cebu. LTEMG is an association of environmental and safety officers of locators at the Laguna Technopark, the largest export processing zone in the country.

The group touched down at the Mactan Cebu International Airport in the early morning of April 9, 2015. They proceeded directly to the port of Cebu where they boarded the 8:45 a.m. SuperCat fast ferry trip bound for Tagbilaran City where a full schedule awaited them.
