I have been exploring and scouting for a good team building events venue in the island province of Bohol, Philippines for quite sometime now. I was elated when I was finally able to confirm that there is a conducive team building events venue in Bohol. I have always maintained that the resorts along the more popular Alona Beach in barangay Tawala, Panglao town were too crowded and too public to even be seriously considered as a team building events venue.

With lesser tourist and commercial activity, Dumaluan Beach Resort along White Beach is actually a better choice for a team building events venue. It is located at Barangay Bolod, Panglao, Bohol, Philippines.
Outdoor Team Building Events Venue
Dumaluan Beach Resort has many open outdoor spaces that can be utilized as an outdoor team building events venue. Activities may be done in the long stretch of fine grain, sugary, white sand beachfront at Dumaluan Beach Resort, specially at the beachfront of the private resort (DBR 2).
Outdoor team building activities may also be done at the well-manicured lawn fronting the hotel edifice. some activities may be done at the resort's swimming pool as long as it does not deprive other hotel guests from using the swimming pool.

Dumaluan Beach Resort has two spacious air conditioned function halls at the top floor of their hotel structure. These function halls can be utilized as an indoor team building events venue. Lectures, workshops, and light team building activities can be done in these indoor spaces.
They also have an open air chapel near the front desk that can be utilize for reflective group sharing sessions.
