Lowaii Cebu Marine Beach Resort in Lapulapu City, Cebu, Philippines: A Practical Choice for a Team Building Venue

“Everyone is unique but only a few are special.” This is so true with people, we get to meet different people every day and each of them has their own unique behaviors.  But what makes one stand out from the others is that special trait that made an impression on us, a person’s flavor. And just as much people this truth also applies on places to be more specific, team building venues.

The venue is one of the deciding factors for a team building program to be successful. The missing piece that will complete the puzzle.  To find a good venue is such a relief for both facilitators and participants alike.
We have conducted several team building programs at Lowaii Cebu Marine Beach Resort in Suba Basbas, Lapulapu City, Cebu, Philippines. The experience has always been favorable!  The place adds its own flavor to the activities.  Here are 3 reasons why I think that Lowaii Cebu Marine Beach Resort is a practical choice for a team building venue:
  1. Modest Amount of Space

The place has a modest amount of space to conduct different activities. From pipeline to an amazing race activity for a group of less that 50, you can pretty much do what you want. For a team building event, this factor is of great significance. I mean, who does not want space?

  1. The place itself adds to the challenge.

The place itself is an obstacle course. The rocky shore, brown sand, its landscape, beach volleyball court, 4-6 feet deep swimming pool, added with the fresh and mildly strong sea breeze. All of these factors can be integrated with your activities. The participants found themselves tested when we conducted activities such as the Moon Ball here, the activity itself was a challenge then factor in the wind, you can just imagine.  The unpredictability of the elements such as the strength of the sea breeze will add flavor to your team building program which mirrors a situation similar to the unpredictability of your workplace.

  1. Affordable Packages

The resort offers its seminar package for a very practical price, a good investment for an affordable price! Their day use group seminar package for a minimum of 30 persons only costs PhP 450 per person and already covers use of outdoor venues, all non-rental facilities, waived entrance fees, and buffet lunch. This pricing is one of the cheapest options one can find around Mactan.

For groups of less than 30 persons, entrance fees are only PhP 450 per person and PhP 200 of that is consumable. They have a fairly priced menu at the Baybayon Bar and Restaurant.
