Healing Hearts Christmas Team Building Retreat

The main objectives of the Healing Hearts Christmas Team Building Retreat are the following:

  2. Promote the healing of the self to become whole again by forgiving the self for real or perceived shortcomings
  3. Mend broken personal relationships with colleagues
  4. Have participants learn effective conflict resolution strategies

Celebrations Christmas Team Building Party

Celebrations Christmas Team Building Party is an event that celebrates the achievements of the year that is about to end. To be done at Lowaii Cebu Marine Beach Resort in Lapulapu City, it features fun party games and activities as well as buffet lunch or dinner. Furthermore, non-rental resort facilities are also available for everyone to enjoy such as the swimming pool, beach volleyball, and billiards. A minimum of 30 participants is required for this program.

Family and Friends Christmas Team Bonding Party

Amazing Race-inspired Christmas Team Building

A fun way to spend a combined Christmas party and team building event would be to do an Amazing Race-inspired Christmas Team Building Party. This can ideally be done in a venue with a large outdoor spaces featuring several amenities. Examples of these venues include Genesis Valley and Family Park. Similar to the popular Amazing Race TV series, this program also features a sequence of tasks that teams attempt to complete first.

Barbecue Camp Out

This is most ideally done at Genesis Valley. Barbecue Camp Out provides a perfect opportunity for families or team members to learn or brush up on basic life skills like outdoor cooking. It is also a great atmosphere for family and team bonding in a tranquil environment. While facilitators also make sure there are plenty of fun-filled opportunities for participants to learn through play-based experiential learning activities. This program is available for groups of 15 or more people.
