Topics explored and discussed in the 2-day workshop revolved around personal development, focus on the goal, developing harmonious professional relationships in the midst of individual differences, realigning personal values to that of the organization. developing a customer-focused attitude, and revisiting the company's mission, vision, and core values. The training methodology used was based largely on experiential learning through play-based activities and supplemented with classroom-type lectures, semi-structured debriefing, workshops, and heavy interaction.Activities were done both in an indoor setting and an outdoor setting.
