In 2013, Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network did 2 training programs in Murcia, Negros Occidental, Philippines. The first one was for Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals in May and the 2nd was for Bacolod Mindanao Lumber and Plywood Corporation.
Mambukal Resort as Team Building Venue
Both 2013 programs done by CTFN in Murcia were at the
Mambukal Mountain Resort in barangay Minoyan. This was also the 3rd time that CTFN founder Thadz Engaling has done a program in Mambukal. The first was when he joined former business partners in doing a team building program for Young United Professionals Bacolod back in 2009.
CTFN Facilitators for BMLPC Team Building Event
For the BMLPC team building engagement, Thadz led a team of 7 facilitators. The other 6 were CTFN affiliates Jihan Carmel Aguanta, Kevin Johnrey Sosas, Clint Eduard Fuentes, Merie Joy Llenos, Tiffany Manabat, and Leslie Manoriña. 5 of the facilitators were then senior facilitators of the 21st batch of the Facilitators Circle Inc.
Team Building Activities for BMLPC Team Building Event
The team building event for the
Bacolod Mindanao Lumber and Plywood Corporation was heavy on play-based structured learning experiences. Debrief was done after each activity which was done as a revolving carousel. Activities done were TP shuffle, all-in, minefield, reverse caterpillar, warp speed or the ball game, and pipeline.
