This is the first program that Cebu Teambuilding Services has conducted in the popular mountain resort.

Cebu Teambuilding Services managing consultant Thadz Engaling was the lead facilitator while Honfred Maza was the assisting facilitator. Both are alumni facilitators of the Facilitators' Circle. Thadz was an alumni of the 8th circle (2000-2001) while Honfred was the training director of the 22nd circle and has just recently completed his 1 year of senior facilitatorship in April 2015. This was Honfred's first involvement with a Cebu Teambuilding Services' program as an alumni facilitator.

Budyong Beach Resort in Santa Fe, Bantayan Island, Cebu, Philippines is a popular beach resort for those going to Bantayan Island. On a recent trip to Bantayan to do a team building program for Activation Machine, my team of facilitators decided to stay at Budyong Beach Resort when we arrived a day earlier for the scheduled program which will take place at Beach Placid on Alice Beach, Barangay Talisay on the same town.

Budyong Beach Resort has a very wide beachfront where groups can hold team building activities. When it's not too hot and the tide is not high, outdoor team building activities can also be done on the sand bar right across Budyong Beach Resort. When it's too hot on the beach, tents can be requested to provide shade.

The space at the restaurant can be converted into a meeting or lecture hall with prior arrangement with the resort owners or managers. Indoor team building activities that do not require a lot of mobility may also be done indoors at the restaurant area.

For teams who wish to stay overnight, guest rooms are available at Budyong Beach Resort with occupancy options ranging from twin sharing, triple sharing, quad sharing, rooms for six, and accommodations for 15 people. Room prices range from PhP 1,800 to PhP 7,000 a night.

Deep into the mountains of Danao City, I may have actually found a gem of a good venue to do team building activities in.

Last 19 June 2015, I had the opportunity to facilitate a team building program for Activation Machine in Santa Fe, Bantayan Island, Cebu, Philippines. The venue was at Beach Placid on Alice Beach and along F. Roska Street. Beach Placid is the biggest beach resort on Alice Beach.

While my team and I was billeted at Budyong Beach Resort, we traveled the distance from Budyong to Beach Placid on rented bicycles, a leisurely ride that takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

Cebu Teambuilding Services conducted Activation Machine's team building program last 19 June 2015. It was held at Beach Placid in Bantayan Island, Cebu. Managing consultant Thadz Engaling was the main facilitator. He was joined Clint Fuentes, Mia Cabinian, Tracy Cirunay, Jason  Origenes, and Quennie Paring as co-facilitators.

The program was a mix of indoor and outdoor activities. Areas covered were work life balance, stress management, camaraderie-building, initiative, cooperation, teamwork, communication, coordination, and achievement motivation.

Employees of Kumon Tacloban Center came to Cebu for a post-summer outing and a team building program in the second week of June 2015.

Cebu Teambuilding Services was engaged by Activation Machine to facilitate icebreakers and supplementary play-based activities during their sales conference scheduled on June 19, 2015 at Beach Placid, Talisay, Santa Fe, Bantayan Island, Cebu, Philippines.

Cebu Teambuilding Services founder and managing consultant Thadz Engaling will be joined by long-time Cebu Teambuilding Services facilitator Clint Eduard Fuentes and four senior facilitators from the 23rd circle of the Facilitators' Circle, Inc. The four senior facilitators are SF Marinella "Mia" Cabinian, SF Maria Patrice Charisse "Tracy" Cirunay, SF Quennie Paring, and SF Jason Ernie Origenes will be working for the first time on a program with Cebu Teambuilding Services. Both Thadz and Clint are also alumni facilitators of the Facilitators' Circle from the 8th circle and 21st circle respectively. This will be the first out-of-town trip that senior facilitators of the 23rd circle will be joining with Cebu Teambuilding Services.

Three (3) senior facilitators (SF's) of the 23rd batch of the Facilitators' Circle were engaged by Cebu Teambuilding Services to help out in the implementation of the training module for Titay's Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Accounting, and IT personnel. This happened last May 30, 2015 at Genesis Valley Mountain Resort, Cabangahan, Consolacion, Cebu, Philippines.
