The ropes course team building facility is called Project Lifelines and is located right within Tejero Highland Resort and Adventure Park in Apolong, Valencia town, Negros Oriental, Philippines. During the past two months, Cebu Teambuilding Services conducted two (2) training programs at Pado Beach and Dive Resort in barangay Marigondon, Mactan Island, Lapulapu City, Cebu, Philippines. The first one was a team building and leadership training program for Probag Cebu Export Incorporated done last August 21, 2015. The second was when Cebu Teambuilding Services arranged for the venue of the team building exercises in behalf of the Visayas area staff of R.G. Manabat & Co. (KPMG Philippines) held last September 19, 2015.

Thaddeau "Thadz" Engaling II, the managing consultant of Cebu Teambuilding Services will be a resource person at a blogging seminar for students at the College of Information, Computer and Communications Technology at the University of San Jose-Recoletos Basak Campus on September 17, 2015. He will speak to an audience of around 50 to 80 students.

One tangible result of a team building program is for a team and its members to realign its goals, creating strategies, and drafting action plans. A team building program therefore can be used as a session for goal setting, strategic planning, and action planning. Team building programs also allow an atmosphere where efficient meetings on goal setting, strategic planning, and action planning can be done.

Team building programs are not just for teams to get to a high performance levels. Teams that are highly performing will also benefit from team building programs. While Bruce Wayne Tuckman's original theory on stages of group development focused on getting teams to a level of high performance(the Performing stage), he added in 1991 that high performing teams need to adjourn and that the stages of group development could actually be a cycle. Upon adjourning, teams again go through the process of forming, storming, norming, and performing, then adjourning. When teams get to the performing stage, that becomes their new status quo and similar to what happens when a team stays too long in the forming stage, people can also get bored staying too long in a status quo at the performing stage. This is because, even when the team is already performing well, there is always room for improvement, there will always be new challenges to face, there will always be bigger dreams to make, and there will always be greater goals to achieve.

While getting a team to set norms can be an objective of a team building program, some teams might also need to revisit their agreed upon norms and assess whether they are still relevant or is there a need for re-norming. When teams get to the norming stage, it is not a guarantee that they will move to the performing stage. Upon careful study of Bruce Wayne Tuckman's theory on stages of group or team development, there exists a possibility that a team may even regress to the storming stage.
