Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network Aids in Product-specific Games for Pediasure
Five (5) facilitators from CTFN were engaged to facilitate product-specific games during a conference for health professionals sponsored by Pediasure. Involved in the program were Kevin Johnrey Sosas, Clint Eduard Fuentes, Lenbi Laborte, Jalen Crae Co, and Van Kristine Basalo. The conference was held at the Marco Polo Plaza Hotel in Nivel Hills, Lahug, Cebu City, Philippines.

NPax Cebu Corporation Team Building Program Facilitated by CTFN in the Camotes Islands
Thadz Engaling and Leslie Manoriña traveled with employees from NPax Cebu Corporation to the Camotes group of islands. They facilitated the team building activities for NPax at the Santiago Bay Garden Resort in San Francisco town.

Thadz, Nicolo, and Nathaniel Attends PSTD Crossings Learning Session
An organization of Cebu's top learning and development professionals, the Cebu chapter of the Philippine Society for Training and Development (PSTD) organized a learning session at the Magellan Hall of Quest Hotel and Conference Center in Cebu City, Philippines last 10 March 2016. The theme of the session was "Developing Enterprise Leaders". Each organization was allowed to send one (1) participant free of charge and the PSTD charges a minimal fee for subsequent attendees. Thadz Engaling, Nicolo Nasol, and Nathaniel John Arong attended the event in behalf of CTFN.
JRRMMC Resident Physicians Organization Team Building Program Facilitated by CTFN in Panglao Island, Bohol
Thadz traveled to Panglao, Bohol, Philippines to conduct team building activities for the officers of the Resident Physicians Organization of Manila's Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center. The activities were done at Dumaluan Beach Resort II in barangay Bolod.
Virgin Beach Invites CTFN to a Familiarization Tour in Daanbantayan
The day he returned to Cebu City from Bohol, Thadz drove to the northernmost Cebu town of Daanbantayan for a familiarization trip at Virgin Beach Resort. He was joined by Nathaniel John Arong for the overnight trip.

CTFN founder Thadz Engaling and associate Nathaniel John Arong attended a free pre-Holy Week training session on work attitude and values enhancement at the Elegant Circle Inn at the vicinity of the Fuente Osmeña roundabout at Capitol Site, Cebu City, Philippines. Life coach Angelica Hermentera of Stellar Performance Management and Consultancy facilitated the session.

Air Doctor Team Building Program Facilitated by CTFN
Air Doctor Cebu had its team building program for their employees at the Mountainview Nature's Park in sitio Garaje, Busay, Cebu City last 23 March 2016. The program was facilitated by Thadz Engaling and Clint Eduard Fuentes.

3M Tabs CTFN To Integrate a Leadership Program in a City Tour in Cebu, Philippines
Acting on a recommendation from a previous client of Cebu Teambuilding Services, 3M Oral Care Solutions Division Asia tabbed Cebu Teambuilding Services to integrate a leadership program into a city tour for around twenty (20) of it's managers from around Asia. The tour took the group to the Mactan Shrine, Fort San Pedro, Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño, and SM Seaside City.
Ameeratel BPO Team Building Program Facilitated by CTFN in Lapulapu City
Facilitators Thadz Engaling, Marc Rizada, Kevin Sosas, and Clint Fuentes facilitated the first ever team development session for Ameeratel BPO on 23 April 2016 at the Pacific Cebu Resort in Suba Basbas, Lapulapu City, Cebu, Philippines. This was also the first time Cebu Teambuilding Services conducted a program at Pacific Cebu Resort. Providing photo and video coverage for the event was Hoven Andre Encontro.

FG Gadget Shop Team Building Program in Mactan Island
Thadz Engaling led a team of three (3) facilitators in doing a Labor Day team building program for FG Cebu Gadget Shop at the Pado Resort in Marigondon, Mactan Island, Lapulapu City, Cebu, Philippines. Helping out in the program implementation were Nathaniel John Arong and intern Marc Dave Amagsila.
CTFN Does First Program With Circle 24
A new batch of senior facilitators for the Facilitators Circle graduated from junior facilitators training phase last 24 April 2016. A week after, a senior facilitator was tabbed by Cebu Teambuilding Services to help out in implementing a team building program for FG Cebu Gadget Shop at the very place where their graduation was held.

Fast becoming a preferred team building venue for Cebu Teambuilding Services, Pado Resort in Marigondon, Lapulapu City, Cebu, Philippines again hosted two (2) batches of employees from Fabulosa de Fashion for their team building event on 23-24 May 2016. Thadz Engaling was main facilitator on 23 May 2016 while Nicolo Nasol was main facilitator for 24 May 2016. Assisting them were FC 24th circle senior facilitators Blake Charito and Jam Geldore. Hoven Encontro and France Villamor.
24th Circle Learns About Training Theories From Thadz
CTFN founder and longtime managing consultant facilitated a second learning session with the FC's 24th batch. This happened on 25 May 2016 as Thadz shared about team building and other related theories. Also in attendance were a handful of alumni facilitators from the FC's older batches.
CTFN Does First Program in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental
The last training that Thadz Engaling actively managed before he flew to the United States in the middle of 2016 was a team building session for employees of Silver Dragon Construction Lumber and Glass Supply at the company owners' vacation house along the beach in Saraet, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental, Philippines.

Cebu Teambuilding Services To Be Now Known as Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network
Ushering in a new era in its history, Cebu Teambuilding Services rechristens itself as the Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network (CTFN). The name change aptly reflects the change in the organizational structure, from a largely single person operation to a network of facilitators and affiliates running the business.
CTFN to be Integrated as Independent Subsidiary of Gestalt Wellness Institute Southeast Asia, Inc.
Since September 2014, Cebu Teambuilding Services was placed under the management of Gestalt Wellness Institute (GWI). As both Gestalt Wellness Institute and Cebu Teambuilding Services rebrand and take on major changes, the upgrades will not only be limited to name changes. Moving forward, the Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network will be integrated as an independent subsidiary of Gestalt Wellness Institute Southeast Asia, Inc.
CTFN to Undertake a Massive Capital Buildup in the Next Five (5) Years
As part of aspirations to incorporate, the Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network will undertake a massive capital buildup to raise PhP 500,000 in capital in the next five (5) years. The raised amount will be utilized as startup capital when CTFN incorporates in 2021 or sooner.

Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network Welcomes New Partners
Out of practical necessity, Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network founder steps down as the CTFN managing consultant and names the new set of officers who will be running the business while he migrated to the United States of America.
Kirk Patrick Castro takes over as the managing partner while Christopher Douglas Avila was appointed to concurrent positions as operations manager and chief financial officer. Longtime CTFN affiliate Nathaniel John Arong was named as the deputy operations manager.

Plans are made for Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network to collaborate with several organizations. In the pipeline are collaboration talks with several consulting firms, hotels and resorts, social media and web development organizations, technical service providers, and renowned public speakers.
Thadz Departs for the U.S.A.
A new era has begun for Cebu Teambuilding Services as long time managing consultant and founder Thadz Engaling has migrated to the United States of America in 14 June 2016. While he will retain a position as CTFN's Chief ICT Officer, he will be contributing to the organization remotely from his new home in Stockton, California, U.S.A.
Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network Gets Involved With the ASEAN + 3 Tourism Youth Summit in Siquijor and Negros Oriental, Philippines
Right before he left, CTFN founder Thadz Engaling won a bid through the Philippines' Department of Tourism (DOT) to facilitate team building activities during the ASEAN Plus Three Tourism Youth Summit to be held in areas across Siquijor and Negros Oriental. CTFN affiliates Nicolo Nasol and Lorenzo Jose Cahig were assigned to handle the activities that impressed much of the participants, other suppliers, and the DOT itself.

Junior Philippine Pharmacists Association - Pi (USC) Chapter Tabs Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network To Facilitate Their Team Building Event
For the second time in three (3) years, the Junior Philippine Pharmacists Association - Pi Chapter (University of San Carlos chapter) picks Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network to facilitate their team building and leadership training activities. Nathaniel John Arong was the lone facilitator who handled the training held last 6 July 2016 at Lot 8 Condominium, Kasambagan, Cebu City, Philippines.
Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network Affiliates Help Out in Team Building Program for Philippine Coast Guard
Six (6) facilitators from Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network helped out in the implementation of team building activities for Philippine Coast Guard personnel stationed in Region 7 or the Central Visayas Region. The main facilitator was Ms. Annabelle Gilla-Maglasang from University of the Philippines Cebu. CTFN facilitators who helped out were Lorenzo Jose Cahig, Nathaniel John Arong, Nicolo Nasol, Philipp Chen Tan, Kevin Johnrey Sosas, and Clint Eduard Fuentes. The event was held on 12 July 2016 at Vaño Beach Resort.

The University of Cebu Webmasters college men's varsity basketball team engaged Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network as their team building services provider prior to the start of the 16th season of the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. or CeSAFI. Two (2) departments of the Cebu City local government unit tapped Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network to handle their team building activities last November 2016. These were the Information Technology Department and the Cebu City Legal Office. Both events were simultaneosuly held at the Montebello Villa Hotel in Banilad, Cebu City, Philippines last November 4-5, 2016. Philipp Chen Tan and Ma. Thesa Lusica handled the program for the legal office while Lorenzo Jose Cahig and Marc Julius Rizada facilitated activities for the I.T. department.

On the 26th of November 2016, Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network makes a little contribution to the Philippine government's drug war by facilitating the team building program of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 7.
CTFN Brings the Mental Assassin to Cebu
The highlight of 2016 for Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network was holding its first ever public workshop. CTFN brought in Justin Piñon, the country's top mentalist, to Cebu for a day of fun-filled learning. The event was dubbed Now I See You Bai! The Mental Assassin Goes to Cebu.
Prior to the event, CTFN affiliates also attended an exclusive session with Justin to learn the basics of mentalism.

Cebu City Budget Office Entrust Their Team Building Programs to CTFN
The Cebu City Budget Office was 1 of 4 Cebu City Hall departments who availed of the services of Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network in the last quarter of 2016. Their event was held on 2-3 December 2016 at the Montebello Villa Garden Hotel in Banilad, Cebu City, Philippines. CTFN affiliates Philipp Chen Tan and Lorenzo Jose Cahig handled the workshop.

The Finance Department of the Department of Education-Pasig City had it's team building seminar hosted by DepEd Lapulapu City and facilitated by Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network in December 2016.
CTFN Goes to San Remigio for Yearender
To cap off a wonderful year for the organization, nine (9) affiliates of the CTFN headed up to the northern Cebu town of San Remigio for a year-end thanksgiving party and strategic planning session for 2017. The event was held at Villa Elisea, site of the proposed team building wonderland and owned by the family of CTFN affiliate Philipp Chen Tan.
