May 2017 was one really good month for the Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network. Let's take a look at the highlights in this monthly summary post.
May 2017 is a Record Month for the Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network
May 2017 is the busiest month so far in the history of Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network. This in terms of number of projects handled and online activity. CTFN handled a total of 6 training projects for the month, the highest volume since it was established in 2012.
CTFN Flies to Boracay for Prince Warehouse Club 25th Anniversary Celebration
For the first time, facilitators from Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network conduct a team building program in the world-famous Boracay Island last 5-8 May 2017. The program was for Prince Warehouse who was celebrating their 25th anniversary. It was done at the Grand Boracay Resort on Boat Station 2.

CTFN Conducts Henry Hotel Team Building Program in Lilo-an
The Henry Hotel had its 2017 summer team building event done at Senen's Mountain Resort in Lilo-an, Cebu last 9-10 May. CTFN affiliate Lorenzo Jose Cahig implemented the module for them. He was ably assisted by senior facilitator Ace Chaves of the 25th batch of the Facilitators Circle.

CTFN Facilitate Team Building Program for Chong Hua Hospital Surgeons
On 13 May 2017, 3 facilitators from Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network facilitated a team building for the surgery department of Chong Hua Hospital. The event held at the Vistamar Beach Resort and Country Club in Lapulapu City. It was sponsored by Nestle Philippines. CTFN affiliates Glenda Manzo, Lorenzo Cahig, and Nathaniel Arong facilitated the activities.

The marketing executives of NBA Philippines had their change management and creative problem solving workshop at the Crimson Resort and Spa in Lapulapu City, Cebu last 18 May 2017. CTFN affiliate Nathaniel John Arong facilitated the workshop.

CTFN Facilitates Team Building Program for Avega Bros. Integrated Shipping Corporation
Avega Bros. Integrated Shipping Corporation is a leading company in the maritime industry, has tapped the services of Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network to facilitate team building activities for their staff of 50. The event happened on 20 May 2017 at the Pacific Cebu Resort in Mactan, Cebu, Philippines. CTFN affiliates Nathaniel Arong, Chris Avila, Lorenzo Cahig, Nicolo Nasol, Chen Tan, and Edelyn Codera facilitated the modules for the said program.

CTFN Facilitators Take on Manulife Team Building Event
On 27 May 2017, CTFN affiliates were asked to facilitate a team building program for Manulife Philippines. 2Xplore Outdoor Classroom was supposed to do the event but they had prior commitments and handed the account to CTFN. CTFN affiliates Marc Julius Rizada, Lorenzo Cahig, and Philipp Tan were the facilitators for the said event held at Maribago Bluewaters Resort in Mactan Island.
CTFN's May 2017 Figures Reflect Strength of System
CTFN's May 2017 figures are very promising. There's a lot of activity in both training projects and the blog. While not yet fully optimized, the CTFN system in place has made these numbers possible while probably just scratching the surface of its potential.
Another Record Month for CTFN Blog in May 2017
After setting a record 19 published articles on the CTFN blog in January 2017, The official CTFN blog breaks that record just 4 months later with 30 published articles in May 2017. Moreover, the blog created a streak of 30 straight days in May where an article was published on the blog daily. The streak will continue onto June and maybe beyond June.
2017 Is Busiest Year for CTFN Official Blog and Website
By the middle of May 2017, the CTFN official blog and website has surpassed the most number of published articles in a year. Prior to 2017, the most number of articles published on the blog was 59 in 2015. By the end of May 2017, 79 articles have already been published on the blog for the year, bringing the total number of articles published on the blog to 166. That's just 34 articles short of our 2017 goal of bringing to 200 the number of published articles on the blog. We will probably achieve the goal by the middle of the year.
Kevin Attends PSTD Crossings
CTFN team development consultant Kevin Johnrey Sosas attended a learning session about leadership last 25 May 2017. The session was sponsored by the Cebu chapter of the Philippine Society for Training and Development and heavily centered on Stephen Covey's leadership theory.

More Activities Uploaded to Directory
More team building activities have been added to the CTFN Online Directory of Team Building Activities. A total of 17 instruction sets for structured learning exercises were published on the blog in May. By the end of the month, the directory of team building activities page on the blog have been populated with a total of 23 articles.
