Affordable Team Building Venue in Mactan: Pado Beach and Dive Resort

During the past two months, Cebu Teambuilding Services conducted two (2) training programs at Pado Beach and Dive Resort in barangay Marigondon, Mactan Island, Lapulapu City, Cebu, Philippines. The first one was a team building and leadership training program for Probag Cebu Export Incorporated done last August 21, 2015. The second was when Cebu Teambuilding Services arranged for the venue of the team building exercises in behalf of the Visayas area staff of R.G. Manabat & Co. (KPMG Philippines) held last September 19, 2015.

Pado Beach and Dive Resort may well be known as a dive resort catering to both local and foreign divers. It is however, fast becoming a favorite hangout place for families and groups of friends. This is because it is a very affordable place. Entrance fees are at PhP 100 per person, among the cheapest rates in resorts around Mactan Island. Having conducted two (2) programs here in the past two months, Cebu Teambuilding Services sees the potential for Pado Beach and Dive Resort as an affordable team building venue in Mactan Island. This affordable team building venue in Mactan can host a team building program of at most fifty (50) participants at the Iho Bar. On weekdays and non-holidays, the entrance fees are even cheaper at PhP 75 per person.

Cottages

The Iho Bar can be reserved for PhP 5,000 for one day. The PhP 5,000 fee already includes free entrance for forty (40) persons, with the number of persons exceeding forty (40) to be charged the regular entrance fee of PhP 100 each. The fee also allows the group to use the grill, tables, and chairs. No corkage is also charged on food and drinks brought from outside. However, food and drinks may also be ordered from the resort's own restaurant.

Iho Bar

Organizations whose team building days also double as team outing and team bonding sessions may also find the activities at Pado Beach and Dive Resort to support building better camaraderie. They may do some snorkeling or engage in some water sports together. Or simply enjoy the resort's small swimming pool.
