Cebu Teambuilding Services Arranges Team Building Exercises for RG Manabat & Co.(KPMG Philippines)

R.G. Manabat and Co., one of the biggest accounting firms in the Philippines availed of the team building package of Cebu Teambuilding Services.




R.G. Manabat & Co. is the Philippine member firm of KPMG International, a global network of professional firms providing audit, tax, and advisory services, operating in 155 countries worldwide and with 162,000 people working in its member firms around the world. In the Philippines, their offices are located at Subic, Metro Manila, Cebu, Iloilo, and Bacolod. Expansion plans are also in the pipeline to open an office in Davao.

Cebu Teambuilding Services, a leading team building services provider in the Philippines, arranged the team building exercises for the company's team building workshop on September 19, 2015 at the Pado Beach and Dive Resort in Marigondon, Mactan Island, Lapulapu City, Cebu, Philippines. The team building exercises were done for the company's associates in the Visayas area. Staff from Cebu City, Bacolod City, and Iloilo City actively participated in the team building exercises.

Cebu Teambuilding Services founder and current managing consultant, Thaddeau "Thadz" Engaling II, spearheaded the reservation of the team building venue at Pado Beach and Dive Resort, the arrangement of transport services through Tim Transport, and the preparation of packed lunch through San Lee Catering Services. Thadz also developed the program and was also the lead facilitator in the program implementation. Assisting in the implementation and facilitation of the team building exercises were 22nd Circle alumni facilitator Joyce Cabreros and 23rd Circle senior facilitator Josel "Ting" Buanghug.

Majority of the team building exercises done for R.G. Manabat and Company's staff were focused on allowing the associates to know their colleagues better, specially that there were some new hires who joined. Managers and observers from their head office in Makati also joined in the team building exercises and were very much involved in the activities.
