Team Building Venue in Bantayan Island: Budyong Beach Resort

On a recent trip to Bantayan to do a team building program for Activation Machine, my team of facilitators decided to stay at Budyong Beach Resort when we arrived a day earlier for the scheduled program which will take place at Beach Placid on Alice Beach, Barangay Talisay on the same town.

Budyong Beach Resort has a very wide beachfront where groups can hold team building activities. When it's not too hot and the tide is not high, outdoor team building activities can also be done on the sand bar right across Budyong Beach Resort. When it's too hot on the beach, tents can be requested to provide shade.

The space at the restaurant can be converted into a meeting or lecture hall with prior arrangement with the resort owners or managers. Indoor team building activities that do not require a lot of mobility may also be done indoors at the restaurant area.

For teams who wish to stay overnight, guest rooms are available at Budyong Beach Resort with occupancy options ranging from twin sharing, triple sharing, quad sharing, rooms for six, and accommodations for 15 people. Room prices range from PhP 1,800 to PhP 7,000 a night.
