Surely, a vacation is a great way to disconnect from the daily stresses of work. Or when done with colleagues as a team bonding experience, it can recharge one's appetite for the work that they do. Seeing that is but one of the joys a facilitator can have that money can't buy.
One of the most memorable experiences I had was back in 2014 with an organization that has since folded up. Where that team building event was held certainly played a huge role to make it memorable.
That April event was held at the Bellevue Resort in Panglao Island, Bohol, Philippines. And everyone definitely had a good time. Reminiscing that experience, let me share to organizations how they can pamper their hard working employees at Bellevue Resort in Bohol.

The Bellevue Resort is right at Doljo Beach. Lounging by the beach surely takes stresses away. Take a dip in the crystal clear waters and immerse in the summer feeling.

By itself, Doljo Beach is a stunning vista. White sand beach, crystal clear waters, and just amazing landscape work done by Bellevue. There's much more to that too. Specially for those who just love people watching.Hear Ye! Hear Ye!
How does underwater classical music sound to you? Or better yet, hearing soothing music while taking a dip at the infinity pool? If that isn't relaxing, I don't know what isn't.

You Got Game?
I wonder how anyone can get bored at Bellevue. Billiard table, shooting hoops arcade, air hockey, Play Station, and a lot more indoor games at the Amenity Pavilion. Then you have a makeshift basketball ring at the beach. Or play some Frisbee, beach volleyball, and beach soccer. Get your game face on and rock it. |

Just Soak
If the outdoors doesn't appeal to your mood of the moment, you can stay in and soak in a bubble bath. Or just get the feel of bathing in the rain with that big shower head in your hotel room's bathroom.
Forget The Diet
Believe it or not, our 2nd day schedule for that team building event read breakfast from 6:30-10:30 a.m., snacks at 10:00 a.m., and lunch at 11:30 a.m. With 3 amazing restaurants, it's hard to run out of food choices at Bellevue.

But Don't Forget to Exercise
While you are sinfully spoiled for choices of what to eat, shed off those extra calories at the hotel's fitness room. Or swim. Or just get active around the resort. There's a ton of things one can do at Bellevue.
Spa Magic
With all that one can do at Bellevue, it will be nice to end the day with a relaxing massage and a comforting spa treatment. Don't forget the visit Azurea Spa before retiring to slumber.
Snooze!!!
Then sleep like a log. I've never slept in a more comfortable bed than when I was at Bellevue. Fluffy pillows. Humongous bed. Comfortable linens. I slept like a king would.
