Cebu Teambuilding Services Facilitates Team Building Program for GT Cosmetics
GT Cosmetics held its team building seminar at Senen's Mountain Resort in Cabadiangan, Lilo-an town, northern Metro Cebu. The activities were facilitated by a team from Cebu Teambuilding Services. The theme of the team building seminar was "Together we can do more". GT Cosmetics is a Filipino and Cebuano brand of cosmetics.

Cebu Teambuilding Services founder and Managing Consultant Thaddeau "Thadz" Engaling II was the main facilitator. Ably co-facilitating were 22nd Circle alumni facilitator and general co-facilitator Jelly Sardan, 23rd Circle senior facilitators Eula Melissa Virtucio, and Bianca Camille Bajarias.

A Day of Fun, Learning, Motivation
Out of the 43 expected participants, 39 came for the team building seminar with some members of the GT Cosmetics board of directors observing the training. Activities revolved around the theme of "Together we can do more".
The day started with the usual getting to know activities. Thadz did the human pinball activity to energize the participants.

Jelly then did the world records activity wherein participants were engaged in interaction with their colleagues. The helium ring activity was done to emphasize the value of interdependence within the company.

To highlight the importance of communication, trust, and leadership, the minefield activity was implemented.
Sensitivity to the needs of colleagues was the main insight for the monks' meal activity during lunch. The blind polygon activity taught lessons on situational leadership as participants were given a similar task but in different circumstances.
The climax of the day was the ball game activity where participants were challenged to think outside the box or even without the box as they were encouraged to just keep improving their times on the task given. In closing, GT Cosmetics Vice President Engr. Leonora Salvane gave a touching message of hope and gratitude to the staff of GT Cosmetics.

As a culmination, the facilitators allowed the participants to approach their colleagues that they wish to express gratitude to, those that they wish to interact more frequently, and those they are just happy to share the day with.
