Cebu Teambuilding Services To Hold Free Seminar in December 2015

While Cebu Teambuilding Services and Imagine Art in Learning Italy has postponed its planned learning session for human resource professionals to the first quarter of next year, they will still be holding a free seminar this December 2015.

Improving Camaraderie and Motivating Team Members to Move Teams Forward

The theme of the free learning session this December 2015 will be Improving Camaraderie and Motivating Team Members to Move Teams Forward. This theme is based largely on David Sirota's 2003 theory on the three pillars of human motivation in the workplace: equity or fairness, camaraderie, and achievement motivation.

Play will be introduced as a medium of learning. A session utilizing music as a medium for facilitating team building will also be integrated.

Resource persons for the free seminar are Italian team building guru Dr. Vittorio Simonelli and Cebu Teambuilding Services founder and managing consultant Thaddeau "Thadz" Engaling II.

Dr. Vittorio Simonelli is an Italian team building guru who has traveled the world to facilitate team building programs. He will introduce drumstorming as a medium of learning in a team building program.

Participation to the free seminar will be limited to fifty (50) participants and are allocated to the Facilitators' Circle, Cebu Blogging Community, representatives from the organizations of human resource professionals, the venue sponsor, and the catering sponsor.

10 slots each are allotted to the Cebu Blogging Community, a sponsored organization, the venue sponsor, and the catering sponsor. 5 slots will be reserved for facilitators of Cebu Teambuilding Services. The remaining 5 slots will be allotted for representatives from human resource organizations.
